Betahistine dihydrochloride CAS 5579-84-0 is a histamine H1 receptor agonist and is a histamine-like vasodilator. It has dilated capillaries, improves microcirculation, increases cerebral blood flow and blood flow in the inner ear, and can relax the inner ear's precapillary sphincter. Can eliminate inner ear vertigo, tinnitus and ear occlusions.
